Becoming a Reiki Master-Teacher is a year to two year-long program broken into 4 phases (Reiki 1, 2, 3 and Reiki Master-Teacher). 

In Reiki 1 we begin the journey. If you choose to move on to further levels, they require a minimum of time between them. 

During this time, we practice giving and receiving Reiki, take complimentary classes and are open to guidance. 

Reiki Master-Teacher has additional requirements.

This is a path of Knowing Thyself. Are you ready to step into the Light?

Once attuned by a Reiki Master, Healing Light will stream through your heart and hands. Never leaving you, this Light will flow whenever you touch with intent of the highest good.

The 2 attunements you receive in Reiki 1 will enable you to treat:

• Yourself and Others
• Animals
• Plants and Trees
• Crystals
• Food and Water

Attunements open the physical body to become a channel for Healing Light. After this 1-2 day, in person, Reiki 1 Class, you will be a Certified Reiki Practitioner. 

Being attuned in Reiki Level 2, will increase your Reiki Channeling abilities. Level 2 is related to the unseen, mental/emotional and distance healing. Three Reiki symbols are handed down as tools for directing healing. Further learning includes:

• · New Reiki treatments
• · Building energy boundaries
• · Energy clearing 

Attuned and practicing these tools will unlock and activate higher Reiki energies. 

After the two full days, in person, Reiki 2 Class, you will be a certified Reiki 2 Practitioner.

Knowing Thyself and stepping into that inner power is what Reiki Level 3 embodies.  Attunement of the Reiki Teacher-Master is given however, the specific teacher training will continue in Reiki Master-Teacher Class. Reiki 3 includes:

• Meditations and Rituals
• Mantras and Yantras
• The Reiki Master Symbol 
• Reiki 3 Practices

After being attuned, hands on practice of these tools activate higher Reiki energies. 

After the two full days of this class, in person, you will be a Certified Reiki 3 Practitioner.

The privilege of being a Reiki Master-Teacher is a step in fulfilling your highest purpose. It is about being of service in our world.

After the two full days, in person, Reiki Master-Teacher Class, you will be a certified Reiki Master-Teacher. With a small ceremony you will receive your Reiki Master-Teacher Certificate. 

Mini Merlins you say? YES! Join us young ones for Magick and Mystery. This series is all about creation, love, light, honoring and listening. Some topics covered in class:

For ages 8-12 years. Class is 1 hour weekly for 4 weeks via Zoom. $25 ea.

Have you ever wondered about smudging? What is it?  How do I do it?  Why do I feel better after smudging? 

This is a hands-on class where you gain experience with several smudges and of course, we will cover: 

• What is smudging 
• Smudging yourself/clearing your Aura 
• Smudging your home/clearing your space 
• Intention setting 
• How often/when do you know it is a good time to smudge 
• What can you use to smudge?

This is a 2 hour class and is in person, including a take home smudge kit.

This is a hands-on class where you gain experience tuning into nature, your intuition and can create a smudge meant for you. In this class we will cover: 

• A review of - All About Smudging 
• Field Trip
• Plant Identification
• Meditation 
• Ethical foraging

• Properties/elements of some smudges

You will make and take your smudges home. This is a 4 hour class, including a field trip and is in person.

If you have ever researched it, you may have found many Feng Shui systems (types). 

So how do we get started?

We will be using a room from your home that you most want Feng Shuied. 

This class is 4 hours and is an in person/online class (your preference).

We will review class 1 (in December including the 1st and 2nd Quorum)

We will begin working with each of the Archangels of the 1st Quorum in January.

Archangels will lead this class with Michelle.

We will spend time connecting to each Archangel. We will start with Archangel Michael

This is a series, and we will have this class twice a month on Sundays.

This is a 2 hour class and can be in person or online.

We will learn a bit about Ra and the family and how they lived here on earth.

Ra and each member will lead this class with Michelle.

We will spend time connecting to each family member known as Gods and Goddesses. We will start with Isis.

This is a series, and we will have this class once a month on Sundays.

This is a 2 hour class and can be in person or online.

Yoga classes are designed for beginners and focus on one chakra each week. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8:30am to 9:30am central time, in person at Mayville State University Wellness Center or online through Zoom. Yoga is free for Wellness Center members and employees of Integrity Interior Solutions or is otherwise $15.00. Bring your favorite crystals for the corresponding chakra of the week. We also periodically have a kitty attend yoga with us.

This gathering will include:
